We are a UK company based in Sri Lanka looking for an Associate in Growth Marketing who will be responsible for driving the growth of our company through effective lead-generation campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to create and manage campaigns, measure them, and report on their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee lead-generation campaigns across multiple accounts and ensure all campaign-related processes run smoothly
• Create and manage campaign setups, including writing emails and LinkedIn message cadences for campaign outreach
• Conduct market research and produce meaningful business analytics for the team
• Measure and report on campaign performance regularly

Requirements:

• Partially qualified in a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field, or a professional qualification such as CIM, CIMA, or SLIM
• 1+ years of experience in marketing
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, a good command of the English language, and interpersonal skills
• A good understanding of LinkedIn is an advantage
