You’ll be working on developing short and long-term strategic plans for clients, along with researching the latest marketing tactics we can adopt to accelerate ROI and conversions.

What you will be doing

• Researching and developing marketing strategic plans during onboarding week for new clients to help them reach their marketing goals
• Creating/revising short, mid and long term strategic plans for clients across various industries, on an ongoing basis
• Brainstorming innovative marketing campaigns
• Planning out resources and budgets needed to execute strategies successfully
• Establishing marketing KPIs to track campaign performance

What you will need to be considered

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Strategy or any related field
• 3+ years agency experience working in a marketing strategy related role
• Experience handling client accounts would be an added advantage
• Attention to detail and data-driven
• Strategic decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent English communication skills
