We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Product Sales Strategy Manager to drive our product sales and launch initiatives. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions to optimize sales performance. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Product Launch Strategies – Design and implement comprehensive strategies for new product launches, ensuring market readiness and successful go-to-market execution.
- Sales & Inventory Planning – Develop offline product launch plans, purchase-sales-inventory (PSI) strategies, and demand forecasts aligned with product lifecycles.
- Sales Target Management – Break down annual and monthly product sales targets, track performance, and drive achievement through effective strategies.
- Market & Sales Analysis – Conduct in-depth product sales analysis, monitor national and regional sales trends, and adjust strategies dynamically to maximize performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations, and finance) to analyze market trends, optimize sales channels, and ensure seamless execution.
- Strategic Partnership Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutual growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or product strategy (preferably in the smartphone or digital industry).
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent data analysis capabilities, strong communication, and coordination skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is required.
