Partnership Management Executive - Remote
Medics.Academy is looking for a Partnership Management Executive with at least 1 -2 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, preferably but not necessarily within the healthcare, education, or digital health sectors. This role is essential in building and maintaining relationships with our key stakeholders, including UK NHS organisations, medical schools, professional bodies, and industry partners. The successful candidate will support partnership strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing strategic partnerships and engage with healthcare organisations, universities, and professional institutions to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Support the execution of partnership agreements, funding applications, and joint initiatives, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, partnership pitches, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor partnership performance, track key metrics, and ensure alignment with OKRs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Operations, to support partnership driven initiatives.
- Maintain strong relationships with external partners and contributors, ensuring continuous engagement.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by senior management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, recommending strategies to enhance efficiency.
- Identify and address challenges in partnership execution, proposing innovative solutions.
- Assist in writing tender, grant, and award applications.
- Handle urgent project issues, implementing practical solutions.
- Support risk evaluation and mitigation planning related to partnerships.
- Provide weekly updates on Business Development activities to management.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Minimum one year of experience in business development, partnership management, or account management, ideally within healthcare, education, or digital learning.
- Strong relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously, with a structured approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in preparing business proposals, reports, and partnership agreements.
- Proficiency in G Suite
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities to drive partnership success.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
Desirable:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, healthcare management, project management).
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce), and project management tools (Trello, Miro)
- Understanding of the UK healthcare system (NHS), medical education landscape, and digital learning solutions is an advantage.
- Certification in project management or business development is desirable but not essential
