We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our affiliate marketing programs for a diverse range of clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, managing relationships with affiliate partners, and implementing effective strategies to optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive traffic, acquire new customers, and increase conversions for our clients.
• Manage all aspects of affiliate marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Identify and recruit high-performing affiliate partners and build strong relationships with existing affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the creative, content, and analytics teams, to ensure alignment and achieve campaign objectives.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in affiliate marketing and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders to communicate campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as an Affiliate Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Experience managing affiliate marketing platforms, such as ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, or Rakuten Marketing.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
