Our client an emerging premium beauty brand set to make its debut in July 2025. We are in the early phases of development, laying the foundation for a brand that transforms self-care into a sensory, ritual-driven experience. Our philosophy goes beyond skincare—it’s about creating moments of indulgence, mindfulness, and well-being.

As a 100% online business, we are preparing for our initial launch in the UAE, with plans to expand into the UK, USA, Australia, and beyond, bringing high-quality, thoughtfully crafted products to a global audience. We are looking for a skilled and passionate digital marketer to be part of our founding team—someone eager to help shape our brand’s digital presence, drive engagement, and make this launch—and everything that comes after—an incredible success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored to the beauty and personal care industry, ensuring a strong brand presence across all digital platforms.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, focusing on organic growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads), TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Leverage TikTok Shop, Instagram Shops, and Pinterest Shopping to optimize product visibility and streamline direct sales.
  • Collaborate with beauty influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to enhance brand credibility and engagement, particularly in the UAE market.
  • Set up and optimize e-commerce marketplace listings (Amazon UAE, UK, USA, and Australian platforms) to ensure maximum visibility and conversions.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing strategies for personalization, chatbot automation (WhatsApp Business), and customer engagement.
  • Analyse and report on digital performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of beauty and digital marketing trends, ensuring our brand remains innovative and competitive.

Technical Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the beauty and personal care industry.
  • Strong expertise in social media marketing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
  • Experience with social commerce platforms, including TikTok Shop, Instagram Shops, and Pinterest Shopping.
  • Proficiency in marketplace sales strategies (Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
  • Ability to run and optimize paid ad campaigns using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Understanding of AI-driven marketing tools (e.g., chatbots, automated ad targeting, personalized recommendations).
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Telegram marketing (especially for UAE customers).
  • Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and optimize for growth.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and PR collaborations within the beauty space.
  • Excellent content strategy skills, including SEO for social media and e-commerce platforms.
