As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll be an integral part of our performance marketing team, working across a range of paid social and digital channels to drive real business outcomes for clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-funnel paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Display, Affi liate, and Programmatic channels
  • Translate client goals into strategic media plans focused on ROAS, CAC, conversion volume, and effi ciency
  • Set up and maintain accurate tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tagging, Meta pixels, and attribution frameworks
  • Monitor and analyze performance data to adjust bids, targeting, budgets, and creative assets for continuous improvement
  • Work collaboratively with creative, analytics, and strategy teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution
  • Stay current with evolving ad formats, platform algorithm changes, and AI bidding strategies
  • Build and present client-facing reports with actionable insights and next-step recommendations

Technical Skills & Experience Required

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid social and digital campaigns (e.g. Meta, LinkedIn, Display, Programmatic)
  • Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and GA4
  • Strong understanding of paid media KPIs and performance levers: ROAS, CAC, funnels, LTV, and attribution models
  • Excellent English communication skills—able to turn complex data into clear, client-facing insights
  • A self-starter with a proactive mindset, strong time management, and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, international remote setup with cross-functional teams
