Your Role:

• Lead and manage architectural visualization projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, and resources for efficient project execution.
• Collaborate with designers and visualizers to create high-quality visuals.
• Ensure color accuracy, composition, and post-production quality in renderings.
• Implement best practices for workflow management and continuous process improvement.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholder - creating presentations to share renderings, receive and incorporate feedback into next deliverables.

Your Profile:

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and project management capabilities.
• Adaptable and eager to learn new software and processes.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
• Passion for design and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in project management, architecture, design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Project management experience in a creative or architectural environment.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and financial management skills.
• Familiarity with design workflows and visualization processes.

Tools:

• Experience with AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and graphic design tools (or a willingness to learn).
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, FigJam, Miro, Google Workspace) is a plus.
