We are looking for a professional and personable Senior Office Management Specialist to manage our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

1. Reception Management:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, handling incoming calls and managing the front desk area.

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees professionally, ensuring a positive experience.

  • Maintain a visitor log to track arrivals and departures.

2. Administrative Support:

  • Coordinate courier and mailing services, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of packages and correspondence.

  • Provide support for other office administrative needs, including scheduling, record-keeping, and inventory management.

3. Event Coordination:

  • Organize team-building activities, company events, parties, and festival meals.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful event planning and execution.

4. Backup Support:

  • Act as a secondee for other office counter support as required, ensuring seamless operations during absences or increased workload.

5. Workplace Maintenance:

  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Address and resolve minor office issues promptly, escalating larger concerns as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Local Filipino

  • Proficiency in English is a must, Chinese is a strong plus.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in office administration, receptionist duties, or customer service.

  • Previous experience in the customer service industry is a significant advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Presentable with a pleasant personality and professional telephone manner.

  • Self-motivated, courteous, and adaptable to varying responsibilities.

  • Enthusiastic about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.
