Key Responsibilities
Identifying KOLs: Discover and categorize Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) across various industries or communities.
Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, cultivate connections, and understand their interests and goals.
Negotiation: Negotiate partnership terms, compensation, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.
Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to develop content and campaigns that align with our brand.
Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign outcomes and refine strategies to maximize impact.
Requirements:
Proven minimum of 4 years of working experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Specialist, Influencer Marketing, or similar roles.
Fluent in English is a must.
Good understanding of TikTok, Instagram, or Affiliates.
Experience handling beauty brand promotion on social media is an advantage.
Passionate about the beauty industry.
Experience in beauty or consumer goods industry is preferred
