Role Overview
Are you a strategic and creative marketer passionate about bringing brand experiences to life? We are looking for a Brand Activation Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated brand activation strategies across digital and offline platforms.
In this role, you'll drive visibility, engagement, and sales through online campaigns, event activations, CSR partnerships, and influencer collaborations. You'll be instrumental in shaping the brand's presence and impact across Southeast Asia.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement brand activation strategies across digital channels and physical touchpoints.
- Lead large-scale promotional events, including product launches, exhibitions, and consumer-facing activations.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage promotional content across all major social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Ensure visual and messaging consistency across digital channels.
Public Relations & CSR
- Drive online PR initiatives through impactful CSR campaigns and collaborations with NGOs to enhance brand reputation and social impact.
Visual Content Production
- Plan and oversee photoshoots and video productions, ensuring content aligns with brand aesthetics and communication standards.
Brand Communication & Identity
- Maintain a consistent brand image and voice across all channels.
- Clearly articulate brand values and positioning in all activation efforts.
Partnerships & E-commerce Integration
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with key e-commerce platforms to boost online visibility and sales.
KOL & Influencer Engagement
- Identify, engage, and manage KOL partnerships to drive awareness and activation success.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and finalize influencer collaborations.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in brand activation, event marketing, or digital campaigns, preferably in the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to lead both BTL and digital activation efforts effectively.
Skills:
- Strong strategic thinking, project management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and performance analytics.
Work Style:
- Proactive, creative, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Willingness to work onsite in South Jakarta.
