The Sales Head is responsible for leading, managing, and strategically driving all sales activities within the factory garment segment. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives. The Sales Head plays a critical role in driving revenue growth, overseeing P&L contributions, and ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Leadership & Strategy:

  • Develop and implement long-term sales strategies to enhance market share and profitability.
  • Lead the factory sales team in achieving and surpassing sales targets, contributing to overall P&L performance.
  • Establish Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM) aligned with regional and global business strategies.
  • Define the value proposition, including service offerings, pricing strategies, and product positioning.

2. Customer Engagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, playing a direct role in major contract negotiations.
  • Translate market trends and customer insights into actionable strategies that deliver competitive advantages.
  • Support the sales team in building a pipeline of growth opportunities and penetrating new markets.

3. Team Development & Leadership:

  • Provide clear, focused leadership to the factory sales team, removing barriers to success.
  • Select, coach, and retain top sales talent to drive business growth.
  • Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback, ensuring consistent policy application.

4. Operational Excellence:

  • Maximize productivity while maintaining cost efficiency and delivering optimal value.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee strategic initiatives related to revenue growth, organizational design, cost modeling, and customer relationship management.

5. Strategic Collaboration:

  • Communicate vision and goals to the General Manager and Leadership Team to achieve company objectives.
  • Successfully navigate a matrixed organization, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results.
  • Serve as a champion of the company’s values, ethics, and business conduct guidelines.

Job Requirements:

1. Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering; an MBA from a recognized institute is preferred.
  • Global company background in career is a must.
  • Strong experience in adhesive printing products.
  • Experiences working in manufacturing machinery companies that assited Packaging, Labeling, Printing, Adhesive are most preferred.
  • 10+ years of business experience, with a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in multinational organizations.
  • Demonstrated success in leading commercial teams and negotiating large contracts.

2. Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong strategic leadership and business acumen, including P&L management.
  • Excellent understanding of technical products and market dynamics.
  • Ability to build and nurture customer relationships and lead complex negotiations.
  • Proven experience working in a matrixed organization and driving cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong people management skills, including mentoring, training, and developing high-potential talent.
  • Ability to act as a change agent, fostering collaboration and driving team success.
