We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in digital marketing to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in achieving sales targets, managing teams, and driving business development efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a sales team of three, ensuring they meet or exceed collective monthly sales targets of IDR 1.5 billion.
Personally achieve monthly sales contributions of IDR 600 million through effective business development and relationship management.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, and a combination of online and face-to-face meetings.
Develop strategic sales plans focused on customer insights, relationship building, and driving revenue growth.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute digital marketing solutions that align with clients' needs and business goals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, objection handling, and deal closure.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline progression, and results to senior management.
Ensure accuracy in data collection, contract handling, and efficient progression through internal processes.
Your Qualification:
Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years managing a team.
Proven success in achieving personal and team sales targets in a digital marketing environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills with a focus on team development and performance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
