Job Profile: In a full-time engagement, reporting to a designated supervisor, with minimum supervision, as a member of company's front line team will be addressing customer concerns, to provide suitable solutions. Working in this position requires some tech-savviness, conversational ability to talk on the phone while using a computer to find information or entering data.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, to understand customer issues, and to provide a suitable solution, by providing or clarifying required information.
  • As required, providing step by step guidance to customers over the phone in installing Apps or solving issues related to Apps.
  • Providing required information over the phone, and handling follow up of required paperwork for relevant documentation issues of customers.
  • Ability to follow a Call-Center 'script/s' when handling difficult topics.
  • Build sustainable relationships by engaging customers in friendly conversations.
  • Keep records of all conversations in a database in a comprehensible way.

Requirements:

  • Age below 30 years.
  • Experience at a Call-Center or in Customer Services or in Client Relations is an added advantage.
  • Need to be highly computer literate on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Emailing.
  • A sense of tech-savviness, in installing Android and iPhone App, and in guiding others to use them.
  • Outgoing, pleasing personality, positive attitude with engaging conversational abilities.
  • Fluent commination skills in English, and Sinhala or Tamil.
