Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers, understand their travel needs, and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Sales & Target Achievement: Sell outbound travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, and activities) and meet monthly sales targets.
- Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning.
- Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups, upselling, and offering personalized travel experiences.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and improve campaign performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel sales, preferably outbound packages.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Passion for travel and a customer-focused approach.
