Outbound Travel Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Engage with potential customers, understand their travel needs, and convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Sales & Target Achievement: Sell outbound travel packages (flights, hotels, tours, and activities) and meet monthly sales targets.
  • Customer Consultation: Provide expert advice on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and itinerary planning.
  • Follow-ups & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups, upselling, and offering personalized travel experiences.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on travel trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in travel sales, preferably outbound packages.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Passion for travel and a customer-focused approach.
