Key Responsibilities
🔹 Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
🔹 Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
🔹 Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
🔹 Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
🔹 Coordinate and schedule meetings and events.
🔹 Maintain and organize office files and records.
🔹 Assist with office supply management and inventory.
🔹 Support various administrative projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
✔️ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position (preferred).
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔️ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
✔️ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
✔️ High level of discretion and confidentiality.
