Position Overview:
As the Performance Marketer at Simplebooks, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the company's growth. Your primary focus will be on leveraging data-driven insights, product understanding, and analytics to create impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with our brand goals and drive revenue growth.
- Leverage product knowledge to create compelling and effective marketing messages that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize data and analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and sales to ensure a seamless customer journey and consistent messaging.
- Manage and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, and proactively identify innovative opportunities to enhance our digital presence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Possess minimum of 3 years work experience in the Digital Marketing field.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Experience in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and impactful marketing content.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with the ability to innovate and develop unique marketing approaches.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
