Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join Webtezza Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SEO, social media management, and digital ad campaigns. You will drive our online marketing efforts, create impactful ad strategies, and help us connect with a global audience to promote our innovative IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan, create, and manage digital ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic.
• Manage and grow our presence on social media platforms by creating engaging and shareable content.
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, audience profiling, and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create impactful ad creatives and marketing materials.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, ad strategies, and platform updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in planning and managing ad campaigns, including PPC, display ads, and retargeting strategies.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, including on-page/off-page optimization and link-building techniques.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and management tools.
• Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
• Excellent understanding of audience segmentation and targeting for ad campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset.
