Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the visual design direction of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute innovative, visually compelling designs across various digital platforms, including websites, social media, digital ads, and more.
• Collaborate with the creative team to generate fresh ideas and concepts that push the boundaries of creativity and align with client goals.
• Provide art direction and constructive feedback to designers and other team members to enhance their skills and optimize project outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques, and incorporate them into the creative process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and feedback, and translate them into visually impactful designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role within a creative agency or design studio.
• Digital content creation experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visually striking and innovative design work.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
