Description:

We are looking for mid-level ServiceNow Developers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and should be able to work in various ServiceNow modules. The candidate should be proficient in all aspects of the ServiceNow development life-cycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, testing, and ongoing support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters in CS/IT/SE or relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience in various ServiceNow modules such as CMDB, SecOps, GRC, ITAM, ITOM, ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, and Integrations.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, GlideScript, Jelly, and AngularJS.
• Skilled in performing ServiceNow administration tasks, including user management, access controls, roles and permissions, and system maintenance.
• Good knowledge in Business rules, activate plugins, manage data with tables, Import sets and Update sets, Control system access and data security, Control access to the application and its records.
• Proficient in activities like Creating Roles, Profiles, Email Services, Page Layouts, Workflow Alerts and Actions, and Approval Process.
• Experience in developing custom applications and integrations in ServiceNow.
• Worked on integrations like LDAP, TIBCO, SCCM, using SOAP web services.
• Expertise in architecting scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise-level requirements.
• Experience in designing and Implementing SSO solutions using ServiceNow SSO functionality including SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect for seamless authentication.
• Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Certification:

• Candidates with ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification(s) will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design and Architect the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business needs and IT strategy.
• Develop custom applications and integrations using JavaScript and ServiceNow APIs.
• Implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
• Ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
• Manage ServiceNow upgrade and migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Participate in testing, and deployment of ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Keep up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and enhancements and recommend improvements to existing solutions.
