Job Description
Role Summary
• Report directly to the Program Manager and Promoter.
• Support the business by analyzing sales data, developing insights, and driving strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Work closely with leadership to identify market opportunities and optimize sales processes for rapid business growth.
Key Activities & Role Responsibilities
Sales Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Reporting & Insights: Prepare detailed sales reports and dashboards for leadership, highlighting performance metrics, sales forecasts, and key insights.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support decision-making.
Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to develop and execute sales strategies, pricing models, and customer engagement plans.
CRM Management: Maintain and update customer and sales data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and streamline processes.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in the sales cycle and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
Experience & Skillsets
Industry Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in sales analysis, sales support, or related roles.
• Experience in EMS, PCBA, or electronics manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
Skills, Abilities & Know-how
Data Analysis: Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and visualize sales data.
Market Knowledge: Understanding of EMS industry sales processes and customer dynamics.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication to present insights and collaborate with leadership.
CRM Expertise: Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for managing sales data and workflows.
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues in sales processes and propose data-driven solutions.
Additional Information
Report to Program Manager, focusing on sales data analysis and strategy support. Analyze data, prepare reports, and optimize sales processes.
