What you’ll be doing

• Planning and assisting with execution of marketing campaigns for our global clients (this may include clients in Malaysia, USA, UK and/or AU)
• Helping to set up email campaigns and automation workflows.
• Diving into analytics of marketing campaigns and reporting data, with suggestions for improvement, to your team lead
• Coordinating with our functional teams (e.g. ads, web dev, SEO, design) to successfully execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct competitor analyses and other market research to gain actionable insights
• Assisting project managers with other client work they might require help with

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration or related field
• Marketing agency experience is preferred
• Think strategically but also be action-oriented
• Great communicator with interpersonal skills, comfortable coordinating with our global marketing team through online channels
• Experience with marketing tools, like HubSpot, SEMrush, Google marketing tools, etc. is an added advantage
• Excellent time management skills
• Proficient in English; Malay and Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage
