Responsibilities:
- Socialization and implementation of risk management policies and procedures, including internal and external fraud prevention and recovery strategies (Anti-Fraud Strategy).
- Risk analysis, assessment, and evaluation (especially operational and credit risk).
- Formulating follow-up actions, monitoring, and evaluating risk controls.
- Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Business Continuity Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
- Monitoring management's corrective action plans based on internal and external audit results.
- Socialization, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of compliance policies (including Good Corporate Governance, gratuities, conflict of interest, code of ethics, compliance culture, etc.).
- Implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing programs.
- Development and implementation of internal fraud detection plans and early warning systems.
- Preparation of data/information/reports related to risk management and compliance management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Risk Management, Internal Control, Auditing, Public Accounting Firms (KAP), or related fields.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) from a recognized university with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (on a 4.0 scale).
- Maximum age of 35 years (not yet 36 at the time of initial selection).
- Possess a valid certification in Risk Management, Audit, or Compliance.
- No outstanding financial obligations (e.g., penalties from previous employment contracts, loans, credit card debt, online loans, or cooperative loans) and not involved in gambling activities, either online or offline.
- Strong interpersonal relationship skills with clients/debtors.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong data processing skills.
- Ability to analyze corporate financial reports.
- Willing to be placed in all Jakarta branch work units.
