Responsibilities
- Manage social media platforms for clients (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), ensuring strategic alignment with business goals and brand guidelines.
- Work with content and design teams to create and execute engaging content and campaigns.
- Oversee social media strategy and execution to drive both organic and paid growth across platforms.
- Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis to assess performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies to align with client objectives.
- Track social media performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements.
- Mentor junior team members and stay ahead of the latest social media trends/platforms/tools.
- Manage crisis communication and reputation management on social media platforms, whenever required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social media management, content development, and digital marketing.
- Proven track record of managing successful social media strategies, campaigns, and analytics for multiple brands across diverse industries.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for both organic and paid growth.
- Experience with social media management tools and content management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Experience in managing client relationships, with the ability to articulate social media strategies and provide recommendations to clients and internal teams.
