About the Role:

We're seeking a talented and versatile Digital Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work closely with our internal team and clients to create stunning visual content that captivates audiences and drives results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, and website assets.
• Edit video content to create high-quality and impactful videos for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials.
• Assist the Marketing team during events by filming videos for YouTube and Reels purposes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative solutions for client projects.
• Assist the Creative Lead in designing content for monthly newsletters, social media posting plans for both internal and external purposes.
• Assist the Creative Lead in designing any other business development /marketing materials as and when needed.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams (marketing, sales, clients etc.) to understand project goals and target audience.
• Ensure all creative materials are on-brand and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and video editing software.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer and Video Editor (minimum 1 year).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design and video editing skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar design and editing software.
• Excellent understanding of visual design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating high-quality work.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in 3D software - Blender/Cinema4D
• Experience with social media marketing and video optimization.
• One year of agency experience.
