Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Business Central.
- Implement and optimize inventory/stock management, payment processing, and Power BI reporting functionalities.
- Automate workflows and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs.
- Provide technical expertise in customization, configuration, and extension of Dynamics 365 functionalities.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
- Support and maintain the Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Train and guide end-users on best practices for utilizing Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities for value creation and process optimization within the organization.
Years of Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in developing CRM solutions
Skills required for the role:
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other relevant modules.
- Expertise in inventory and stock management processes within Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
- Proficiency in workflow automation and business process optimization within Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of payment processing integrations and financial transactions in Business Central.
- Strong coding expertise in AL (Application Language) and C/AL for Business Central customization.
- Experience in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) to enhance business workflows.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Dataverse, and integration tools within the Dynamics ecosystem.
- Ability to support, maintain, and enhance the Dynamics 365 environment.
Nice to have skills: (one of either)
- Experience with consumer goods and manufacturing industries, particularly in ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of Azure services for Dynamics 365 integration and cloud optimization.
- Familiarity with third-party payment gateways and eCommerce platform integrations.
- Understanding of supply chain management (SCM) concepts within Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
- Previous experience working in support and maintenance engagements rather than pure consulting.

Qualifications: Individual should possess a bachelor's degree in computing, Information Technology, or other relevant field (physical science, mathematics)
