Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate SEO Specialist to join our dynamic digital marketing team. As an SEO Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic to our website and improving our search engine rankings. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing our SEO strategy, conducting keyword research, and analyzing website performance to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for our target audience.
• Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Utilize SEO tools to track keyword rankings and traffic.

On-Page SEO:

• Optimize website content, including titles, meta descriptions, and headers, to improve search engine visibility.
• Ensure website content is well-structured, easy to read, and relevant to target keywords.
• Implement technical SEO best practices, such as optimizing website speed, mobile-friendliness, and site structure.

Off-Page SEO:

• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies, including outreach, guest posting, and social media engagement.
• Monitor and manage backlink profiles to ensure quality and relevance.

SEO Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and analyze website performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular reports on SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Content Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Create high-quality, engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and website content according to SEO best practices.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with web developers, and other team members to ensure SEO best practices are implemented throughout the website.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and SE Ranking).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have had experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and ability to proactively manage workload in project management tools
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
