Responsibilities:
- Leading Human Resource and Office Management Operations including (HR, GA, and ITDX)
- Develop and Implement HR policies
- To build a strong relationship with Labor Union
- To maintain office operations and promote TI (Digitalization) activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 15 years of experience in HR, including experience with performance management & industrial relations.
- Fluent in English
- Experience working in a Japanese company is a plus.
