TELE SALES EXECUTIVE
Functions / Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
- Customer Engagement: Contact existing and potential customers through phone calls with the aim of promoting and selling our company's products and services.
- Digital Lead Coordination: Identify and generate promising leads, which will be passed on to the outside sales team for further action.
- Account Management: Manage customer accounts and focus on ensuring the satisfaction of existing customers with our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Establish and sustain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
- Sales Script Utilization: Use sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and effectively address customer objections or rejections.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide informed recommendations that align with customer needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred
- Proven experience working as a telesales executive.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills & Exceptional customer service skills.
