Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business needs, processes, and challenges.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and guide development teams for solution implementation.
Design, develop, and implement solutions and ensuring they align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Conduct business analysis to evaluate digital strategies and processes, recommending operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, bridging communication between technical and business teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in development, sharing best practices and mentoring junior team members where needed.
Support project management activities as needed, including scope, timeline, and resource estimation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 year of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) with a solid understanding of business process mapping and documentation.
Demonstrated experience with programming, RESTful API design, and familiarity with SQL Server or other databases.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and actionable information for stakeholders.
Experience working with Agile methodologies and familiarity with tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
