As an Agency Experienced Client Servicing Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing key client relationships within the agency. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Proactively anticipate client needs and provide solutions. Ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and execute strategic client growth plans. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
• Team Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of account managers and coordinators. Delegate tasks effectively and manage team performance. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
• Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Qualifications and Skills:

-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency.

-Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
