Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Client Relations Manager to join our team. This role is critical to maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and helping them navigate our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of customer service processes, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting the growth of both LiftedUp and our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding & Management: Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensure smooth transitions, and establish a positive working relationship from day one.
  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing concerns, managing expectations, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with clients to design customer service processes that meet their specific needs. Provide software setup support and training to virtual assistants.
  • Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their business goals, and identifying opportunities for additional support.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track client account performance, analyze feedback, and implement improvements to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Transition Management: Assist with the transition of virtual assistants to clients if they decide to hire in-house staff, ensuring a seamless handover process.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, HR, and training) to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager, Account Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within a B2B service industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer service processes and tools, ideally within the virtual assistant or customer service outsourcing space.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer service processes is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in using CRM tools, project management software, and customer service platforms.
