As an AR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely collection of insurance payments, and driving financial performance improvements.

Eligibility:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in a comparable role. Demonstrated proficiency in the Revenue Cycle AR function.
• A degree or diploma in Management, Healthcare, or a related field is advantageous.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a strong command of the English language.
• A strong passion for teamwork and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments to meet shared objectives.
• Experience with RCM software tools and platforms specific to the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently follow up on accounts receivable according to daily production targets, ensuring the timely resolution of unpaid claims and associated issues.
• Produce and analyze AR reports, prioritizing tasks based on urgency to optimize collections.
• Contact insurance companies to verify claim status, resolve discrepancies, and facilitate timely payments.
• Create comprehensive AR and root cause analysis reports, presenting findings to management for review and strategic planning.
• Work closely with billing, coding, and posting teams to ensure cohesive strategies and effective communication that optimize the revenue cycle.
• Monitor aging reports to track overdue accounts and initiate appropriate collection efforts.
• Provide regular updates and reports on AR activities to internal stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Stay abreast of the latest healthcare regulations and compliance requirements that impact RCM. Ensure all reporting and RCM processes adhere to applicable laws and standards.
