JustEnglish (PVT) Ltd. is an edu-tech company based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, that helps working professionals improve their English speaking skills and build confidence — all anonymously.

Please apply only if you have a bachelor's degree in TESL, TESOL, English, or related fields, along with experience teaching adult learners.

As a Moderator, you will:

• Engage with students and manage calls.
• Conduct activities and teach students based on the curriculum
• Moderate discussions and assist with speaking skills.
• Lead sessions 4 days a week from 9 pm - 10:30 pm.
• Commit to 6 weeks per group.
• Contribute to improving our program.

Requirements:

• A degree in TESL, TESOL, English, or related fields
• A qualification in an English-related field is compulsory
• Fluent English skills.
• Experience in tutoring or educating adult learners.

Details:

• Pay is Rs. 30,000 per group for 6 weeks ( = 136 USD for 6 weeks)
• More groups can be taken up based on performance.
• The curriculum is provided, so there is no need to create any teaching material.
• Sessions are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9 pm to 10:30 pm
• Students are all working professionals (aged 18 and above)
