Job Description

We’re looking for a Lead Flutter Developer to take the reins of our mobile development. You’ll lead the charge on building high-performance apps for iOS and Android while mentoring and growing a team of Flutter developers, starting with two new hires. If you’re excited about crafting top-tier mobile experiences and leading a talented team, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Flutter development of KAST’s consumer app for iOS and Android.
• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to define and ship new features.
• Grow and mentor a Flutter team, starting with two developers.
• Ensure app performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical challenges.
• Stay current with the latest mobile technologies and Flutter updates.
• Ensure compliance with App Store and Google Play guidelines for app submissions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
• Proven experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, mobile design patterns, and mobile-specific features for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle and app release processes.
• Experience with Git or similar version control systems.
• Knowledge of native Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or other backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and mobile app analytics.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Web3 experience is a big plus.
