Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced React Native Technical Lead to provide technical leadership, oversee development, ensure code quality, and drive performance optimization and scalability across projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, simplify them for team members, and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications with React Native.
  • Ability to write well-documented, clean code.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
  • Lead and mentor the development team(s).
  • Mobile app deployment for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Conducting technical interviews and supporting the hiring process.
  • Ensure understanding of device compatibility, accessibility requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Lead initiatives for performance optimization to enhance application efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide constructive feedback on team members to support effective performance appraisals.

Years of Experience:

7+ years of experience in developing mobile and web applications with 4+ years of React Native experience.

Skills required for the role:

  • React Native - (4+ Years)
  • TypeScript - (2+ Years)
  • Redux or other state management libraries
  • Firebase
  • Experience working on CI/CD pipelines – Jenkins, Fastlane
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS / Azure / GCP
  • Git version controlling
  • Agile / Scrum exposure
  • Experience working with offshore teams

Nice to have skills: (one of either):

  • React JS
  • NodeJS
  • Next JS

Option to upskill:

  • If no experience in React JS, be open to upskilling in React JS

Qualifications:
