Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our goals and speaks directly to the Tamil-speaking audience in Sri Lanka.
• Oversee the creation and curation of high-quality content across multiple platforms, including social media, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Lead a team of content creators, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing of materials across social media channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand alignment and optimize content performance.
• Stay updated on cultural trends, festivals, and events relevant to the Sri Lankan Tamil community to create timely and culturally appropriate content.
