Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or International Business
• At least 3 years of experience as an Investor Relations Officer (open for freshgraduates)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferably holds JLPT N2/N1 certification, demonstrating excellent proficiency in Japanese
• Willing to be placed in Karawang and Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Manage all Investor Relations (IR)-related issues
• Prepare quarterly materials from start to execution for IR activities, such as IR meetings
• Check and create the annual sustainability report
• Collaborate with related departments
• Translate documents and interpret meetings, similar to other corporate planning members
