Role Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to give technical leadership to the projects in SAP integrations and Low Code Developments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications.
- Ensure the product's tech stack is scalable, efficient, and capable of handling enterprise-level data and integration, particularly with SAP systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ability to understand the requirements of the client stakeholders and simplify it to the team members.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Drive the implementation of security and compliance measures, specifically around SOC 2 compliance and certification.
- Manage and prioritize bug fixes and user experience improvements.
- Be willing and able to get hands-on with product development, including understanding and working within a low-code platform.
- Lead and mentor the development teams.
- Lead and participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Conducting technical interviews and supporting the hiring process.
- Performance optimization.
- Offer feedback about team members to the team leadership constructively to conduct performance appraisals.
Years of Experience: Minimum 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of team leading experience.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- SAP / BTP Experience
- AWS and database management
- SOC 2 compliance implementation and certification experience
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to low-code platforms, Jitterbit (Formally: Vinyl)
