Role Description: The primary responsibility of this role is to give technical leadership to the projects in SAP integrations and Low Code Developments.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications.
• Ensure the product's tech stack is scalable, efficient, and capable of handling enterprise-level data and integration, particularly with SAP systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Ability to understand the requirements of the client stakeholders and simplify it to the team members.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
• Drive the implementation of security and compliance measures, specifically around SOC 2 compliance and certification.
• Manage and prioritize bug fixes and user experience improvements.
• Be willing and able to get hands-on with product development, including understanding and working within a low-code platform.
• Lead and mentor the development teams.
• Lead and participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Conducting technical interviews and supporting the hiring process.
• Performance optimization.
• Offer feedback about team members to the team leadership constructively to conduct performance appraisals.

Years of Experience: Minimum 8+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of team leading experience.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• SAP / BTP Experience
• AWS and database management
• SOC 2 compliance implementation and certification experience
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to low-code platforms, Jitterbit (Formally: Vinyl)
