Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical information to clients.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company’s products.**

Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in any related field
• Proven experience in selling heavy equipment. Crane is preferable.
• Have a wide pool of networks in heavy equipment industry.
• Able to work in a team and independently.
• Business-level English is a must. Mandarin is a plus.
