Whom we are looking for:

We are on the hunt for a seasoned Technical Lead - Full-Stack who's ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. If you're a JavaScript wizard with a deep love for both frontend and backend development, we want to talk to you. This role is not just about coding ; it is about mentoring , innovating and driving the technical direction of projects. You'll work closely with a team of talented developers , guiding them through complex challenges while architecting and implementing high-performance applications.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead by Example: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of full-stack developers, ensuring the best coding practices are followed.
• Architect Solutions: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure full-stack applications using the MERN stack, Nest.js, Express.js, React.js, and Next.js.
• Backend Mastery: Develop and maintain server-side logic using Node.js frameworks, particularly Nest.js and Express.js, interfacing with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Frontend Expertise: Craft seamless, responsive user interfaces with React.js and Next.js, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
• Database Design: Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of database schemas and queries across MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Innovation Driver: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest tech trends, bringing the team innovative solutions and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest code quality is delivered through code reviews, testing, and performance tuning.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues, guiding the team to do the same.
• Agile Mindset: Contribute to agile processes, ensuring the team delivers high-quality features on time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), with hands-on experience in Nest.js and Next.js.
• Database Knowledge: Solid experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Leadership Skills: Previous experience leading a technical team, with a passion for mentoring and developing talent.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex challenges head-on.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation Enthusiast: Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and driving continuous improvement within the team.
• Agility: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.
