RCM Reporting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RCM Reporting Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the setup, developing, and optimizing reporting processes within the revenue cycle management processes to ensure accurate and timely and effective reporting focused on RCM performance, revenue optimization opportunities, tailor made revenue forecasts etc. as well as analysis of prospective client businesses and making recommendations. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue cycle management operations, all RCM processes, and familiarity of front reports and back-end data of systems like Advanced MD, ECW, Kareo, Athena etc. to support financial health monitoring and operational efficiency.

The job:

• Custom Reporting Development: Design, develop, and custom reports (weekly client reviews, month end packages etc.) to support medical billing operations and revenue cycle management by working with the operations, Analytics, and other support teams.
• Develop RFPs and client service opportunity assessments/proposals for prospective businesses
• Work with the Analytics Team to develop triggers and thresholds for key KPI’s. Document operational definitions of all KPI’s.
• Compliance: Ensure that all reporting and billing processes comply with industry regulations, including HIPAA and other relevant guidelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with operations and other teams to ensure that reports align with organizational goals and support efficient revenue cycle management.
• Daily Meetings and Weekly Reporting on project progress to key stakeholders

The Requirement:

• Minimum of 03 years of experience in revenue cycle management and Strong understanding of full spectrum of revenue cycle management.
• Proven track record in independently creating, delivering, and automating custom reporting (using Excel and other tools), including deep level data analysis to create business visibility.
• System specific experience (front reports and back-end data) with multiple billing systems (Advanced MD, EPIC, Cerner, Athena, Kareo etc.) is a must.
• Solid experience in Statistics, data analysis and reporting are a plus
