Tech Lead – React

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and execute software solutions to address business issues
• Mentor and coach team members to foster ongoing skills development
• Troubleshoot code level problems quickly and efficiently
• Provide architectural blueprints and technical leadership to our development teams
• Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes to ensure high quality software
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in technology and product roadmap discussions

We Expect You To Have

• High proficiency & hands on experience in web application development with React, Next.js
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience with state management frameworks like Redux or Zustand
• Experience in writing unit, integration and end to end testing
• Knowledge and experience in architectural and design patterns
• Thorough in Object Oriented Design
• Experience with backend development with Node.js or NestJS
• Experience with GraphQL would be a plus
• 7+ years hands on industry experience
• Willingness to learn different programming paradigms, languages, and technologies is a requirement
