We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Procurement Executive to join our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Your Role

You will be a key contributor to the operational flow of Atlas Labs, coordinating the procurement and inventory processes that sustain our global presence.

  • Execute and enforce inventory control processes, including physical receiving, inspection, proper storage, and dispatch of goods;
  • Maintain real-time accuracy of stock records by properly logging all check-ins and check-outs;
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and assist in full physical inventory audits to identify and reconcile discrepancies;
  • Organize and maintain the physical inventory space, ensuring items are stored efficiently, labeled correctly, and obsolete/old goods are identified and staged for disposal;
  • Execute the procurement process for assigned materials and services, including requesting quotes, negotiating basic terms, and supplier selection;
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs) from creation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and resolving minor supplier discrepancies;
  • Maintain accurate records of all supplier details, order histories, and procurement documentation;
  • Support the coordination of logistics, including preparing basic documentation for shipments/deliveries;
  • Process and track inventory-related invoices and documentation.

Your Profile

  • A Bachelor’s Degree or relevant Undergraduate Qualification in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required;
  • One (1) year of experience in a similar operations, logistics, or inventory support role is preferred, though a motivated graduate will also be considered;
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (including Sheets, Docs, and Slides), with a strong grasp of Google Sheets formulas and advanced data manipulation required for inventory reporting;
  • Excellent organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Must be physically capable of performing routine tasks necessary for the organization and movement of inventory within the warehouse.
