We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital ad strategies that drive lead generation, website visits and revenue growth.

What you’ll be doing

• Create, design and launch optimised online adverts through Google ads, Facebook/IG ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok ads, Bing, and others
• Set performance goals and KPIs, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to the management team using a variety of analytical tools (Google/FB Analytics etc)
• Optimise campaign performance through continuous testing and analysis of ad creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
• Analyse social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align performance marketing strategies with overall marketing and business objectives

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years experience in a senior digital ads/performance marketing role - specifically for Google and Facebook
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency is required
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (Eg, Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Ability to handle a team
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A flawless grasp of written and verbal communication in English
