We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Performance Marketer to help us in our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in digital advertising along with exceptional analytical skills.

What you’ll be doing

• Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with clients
• Create, design and launch online adverts through Google ads, Facebook/IG ads, LinkedIn ads, TikTok ads, Bing, and others
• Conduct weekly optimisations of ad campaigns to improve ROI
• Assist in measuring the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytical tools (Google/FB Analytics etc) and suggesting ideas for improvement
• Analyse social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine areas for social ad campaign improvement
• Work closely with the marketing leadership team to align performance marketing strategies with overall marketing and business objectives

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years experience in a digital ads/performance marketing role - specifically for Facebook and Google
• Previous experience working in a marketing agency is preferred
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts
• Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (Eg, Google Analytics, WebTrends etc)
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A flawless grasp of written and verbal communication in English
