As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Must have high level of professional approach, accuracy, quality and clarity on all in-bound, out-bound calls.
· Professional approach to all walk-in customer queries and transactions.
· Attention to detail on updating relevant support Ticket systems on technical support, inquiries and complaints.
· Ensure that all customer complaint is closed-looped and resolution given within the stipulated time.
· Act as a representative of Payable team for the customers at any given time.
Requirements:
· Work location - Colombo 3
· Willingness to work on roster/Shift basis from Monday - Friday, & one day-weekend. (1 day off)
· Excellent communication skills in English (Must) and Sinhala (Tamil would be added advantage)
· Age below 26, Male / Residing in maximum range of a 20km distance to work location.
· Previous experience in Customer Service or related field is a definite advantage.
· Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
· Basic IT skills, knowledge of digital media and mobile apps.
