We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer / Associate Tech Lead to join with our team to work for one of our US client's projects which is one of the largest global real estate services companies. Collaboratively, we create next generation prop-tech solutions to benefit real estate occupiers, investors, and developers.

Technical Expertise :

  • Architect and develop high-performance applications leveraging .NET, .NET Core, Angular, MS SQL, and Cosmos DB.
  • Ensure robust and scalable development practices using Azure and Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

Code Quality and Management :

  • Uphold and enforce strict code quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality code through best practices, ensuring performance, reliability, and maintainability.

Azure Monitoring and Problem-Solving :

  • Use Azure Monitoring to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth application functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, fix bugs, and provide support to improve system reliability and performance.

Client Communication :

  • Collaborate effectively with clients, understanding their technical needs and delivering timely solutions.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication with stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals.

Bug Fixes and Support :

  • Work closely with the team to ensure timely bug fixes and provide ongoing support to enhance system reliability

Area of Expertise :

  • Proven experience with .NET, .NET Core, Angular, MS SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure, and Azure DevOps.
  • Strong commitment to high-quality development practices and code management.
  • Ability to handle complex problem-solving with hands-on experience in advanced application building.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when working in a remote and time-zone sensitive team.
  • Willingness to work during Australian business hours to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Excellent Leadership and Communication skills.
