Overview: We’re looking for someone to help us with content planning and creating briefs for our creative team, focusing on promotional activities for our brand’s institutional groups on Telegram and WhatsApp channels.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced/Fluent written English skills.
• Previous experience in digital content production.
• Strong understanding of content production practices for messaging platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in creating content for the iGaming market is a plus.
• Residence in Brazil.

Responsibilities:

Content Planning and Demand Definition:

• Assist in developing promotions for our brand’s WhatsApp and Telegram channels, making sure they align with the company’s goals and industry practices.
• Create a promotional calendar that considers holidays, special events, and relevant themes for our target audience.
• Write content briefs for the production teams or sometimes even produce content yourself.
• Explore new tools and work on developing or improving methodologies.

Copywriting Skills:

• Use your copywriting skills to craft engaging and persuasive content that matches our brand message and promotional goals.
• Make sure all content is impactful and resonates with our audience across different platforms.

Audience Interaction:

• Actively monitor brand mentions and conversations in Telegram and WhatsApp groups—mainly our own, but sometimes even competitors’ groups—to gather insights and strategies.
• Build positive relationships with our online community, showing empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

• Use analytical tools to track the performance of campaigns and initiatives, suggesting improvements, mechanics, and actions that can be developed.
• Create regular reports with insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
