Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns to target specific industry segments (e.g., legaltech, data, or professional services).
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting, audience segmentation, and personalized outreach.
- Create and manage content calendars, posts, and engagement strategies on LinkedIn to grow brand visibility.
- Develop and manage outreach sequences and newsletters for lead nurturing.
- Build and manage multi-touch B2B marketing campaigns focused on generating qualified leads.
- Partner with the sales team to align marketing and outreach efforts across digital channels.
- Own key performance metrics (traffic, MQLs, CPL, engagement rates, and conversion)
- Manage CRM workflows, lead tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
- Work with tools such as HubSpot (or similar) primarily for reporting and marketing automation support.
- Optimize landing pages, CTAs, and forms for lead capture and conversion.
- Support development of go-to-market partnerships with technology partners (e.g., Clio, iManage).
- Coordinate co-marketing initiatives, webinars, and partner content campaigns.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology services, or professional services.
- Proven expertise in LinkedIn marketing and Sales Navigator for B2B lead generation and relationship building.
- Strong experience in content creation, campaign management, and email marketing.
- Good working knowledge of CRM and automation platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills for digital and social content.
- Experience using AI-driven marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., GA4).
- Bonus: Experience in the legaltech, data, or compliance industry segments.
