Responsibilities

  • Process monthly invoices across the Group of Companies with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage accounts receivable and proactively follow up with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely collections.
  • Coordinate and maintain client agreements and Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with relevant parties.
  • Support project pricing initiatives and profitability analysis.
  • Assist in managing working capital and processing online payments.
  • Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of bank and credit card statements.
  • Participate in financial audits conducted across the Group.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily financial transactions.
  • Support the processing of employee salaries, including the preparation and submission of EPF and ETF returns.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, with hands-on experience in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Sound knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting practices.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations is an added advantage.
  • A proactive and dependable team player.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a part qualification in CA/CIMA will be considered an asset.
