Responsibilities

• Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
• Assist in carrying out bank transfers and obtaining tax clearances.
• Assist in processing salaries including the preparation of EPF and ETF returns.
• Assist in processing invoices.
• Recording accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in reconciling bank statements and credit card statements.
• Participate in financial audits.
• Track bank deposits and payments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in a finance role.
• Excellent knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software such as Quickbooks/Xero.
• Ability to use Google Drive/Doc/Sheets.
• Knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask and meet set deadlines.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of tax regulations will be a plus.
• Excellent team player.
• BSc in Finance, Accounting, or part Professional qualification as a CA/CIMA is considered a plus.
